Volunteer graduate programme

iROCK! UK believes that graduates are faced with barriers that can hinder their ability to compete in the labour market. These barriers include lack of work experience, a misunderstood degree and not having strong personal networks in the industry.

A volunteer scheme that allows graduates to gain experience and also offer a way into their chosen industry can help tackle the employment challenges. It is our hope that the government will encourage volunteering as a credible solution to graduate unemployment and our volunteer programme is our way of doing this.
